Our Process

1. Evaluation of project and discussions with owner.

2. Sign contract with owner's intent and goals. Assign customer ID.

3. Complete photo record of project before disassembly.

4. Dismantling of car with photo record and labeling of all parts with customer number.

5. Place all parts on assigned shelving for customer's car.

6. Send all plated parts to plater's shop for restoration.

7. Remove body from chassis.

8. Move chassis to Mechanical Shop for mechanical restoration.

9. Move body to Coach Building Shop for skin removal and structural wood rebuild. Make all repairs - metal components, body, doors, fenders, hood, etc.

10. Custom Features – luggage, fog & driving lights, tools, lighting, custom cabinetry, over drives, engine and performance enhancements, ride and handling enhancements, storage pockets.

11. Upon completion of body and sheet metal components, move them to the Body Shop. Pre-assemble all parts on chassis and make necessary adjustments for proper fit.

12. Dismantle car to do necessary body work, prime, sand, prime, final sand, paint in customer's choice of color, complete wet sand of top coats, power buff and hand rub to award winning finish.

13. Reinstall body on chassis and move to finishing shop for final assembly.

14. Move car to upholstery shop for complete interior, top and luggage cover as needed.

15. Return to finishing shop for final details.

16. Test drive car for a minimum of 100 miles or more. Test all components for proper operation.

17. Final hand polish and cleaning for delivery to customer.
